  • People are in this course for all different reasons and share your overall intention and respect you. We are all unique and learning.
  • Be you. This isn’t a test of what you have learned. Do attend to the course work though so you are on the same page as others please.
  • Share at a level that is comfortable for you. Remember to respect your partner’s or another’s privacy zone.
  • If you might want to refer by name to someone, especially if they are on the call, please clear this with them prior to starting the session.
  • You can mute yourself and purely observe. If you choose this then I’ll ask you to let that choice be known when I check at the star
  • You being at least fairly open helps everyone including you AND there is no pressure.
  • You can have your video on or off.
  • You can come in by phone if you want to be basically invisible. In the second half you won’t be able to go into a live small group though unless you swap to internet.
  • The second half of the call is not recorded.
  • I ask that everyone do their best to be on the call for the full duration, if you know you will be late arriving or early leaving for more or less unavoidable reasons, please message me so I and others on the call know this.
